Check a cert

How it works

Checked like a meet

Verified checks your lift or run the way a powerlifting meet or race official would. It's pass or fail on the rules, with no partial credit.

The process

From PR to unlocked

01

Start a submission

Pick your lift or distance and service level. We issue a three-word code for lifts.

02

Send proof

Upload a link to your video, race result or GPS activity. Live Verified sessions need no upload.

03

Verification

A qualified powerlifting referee or race official reviews your proof against the standard. Most verdicts are a clear pass or fail.

04

Cert and unlock

You get a cert number. It goes in the public registry, and your garments unlock in the store.

Pass

Your lift or run meets the standard. Your cert goes live in the registry and your garments unlock.

Qualified reviewers

Every submission is checked by a qualified powerlifting referee or athletics official. Borderline calls get a second review.

No lift

You get written notes on what went wrong and 50% off your next submission of the same event.

Standards

What we look for

Lift proof checklist

  • One continuous take, from walk-up to rack or set-down
  • Camera at about 45°, whole body and bar in frame
  • Plate check first: walk the camera along the bar
  • Your submission code on paper, visible during the lift
  • Calibrated or labelled plates. Pounds are converted to kilos
  • No cuts, filters, slow motion or speed ramps

Run proof checklist

  • Official results page link with your name and chip time, or
  • A .FIT or .GPX file exported straight from your watch
  • Heart rate recorded for the whole effort on solo runs
  • Measured course or 400 m track for solo runs
  • Gun time or chip time, whichever the race lists as official
  • No treadmill runs, no edited files

Random re-tests happen at partner gyms and events. Faked proof voids the cert and the garment, and the registry marks it revoked.

Read the slashes

More slashes, more weight.
The angle tells you the lift.

Every lift garment carries slashes under the number. Count them: one is under 100 kg, two is the 100s, three is the 200s, four is 300 kg and up. Bench slashes lie flat like the bench, squat slashes sit at 45°, and deadlift slashes stand upright like the bar path. Running slashes lean backwards on the bib.

Milestones

Strength: every 20 kg

Bench 60–200 kg, squat 100–300 kg, deadlift 120–360 kg. The colour always means the same weight.

Running: seven levels

Times are "at or faster than". Each column is a similar level of effort across distances.
