Questions
FAQ
I'm not an athlete. Is this for me?
Yes. The first milestones are a 60 kg bench, a 100 kg squat, a 120 kg deadlift and a sub-30 5K. Most regular gym-goers and park runners can reach those within a year or two. After that there's something new to chase every 20 kg or every level.
Can I just buy the gear?
No. Every garment checks out against a verified cert number, and that number is woven into the tag. Anyone can look it up.
Why does the colour matter?
On strength gear, colour is the weight: Cobalt is always 140 kg, Redline is always 200 kg. On running singlets, colour is the level, and the same colour is a similar effort at every distance. Once you know the colours, you can read anyone's gear across the gym.
I passed more than one milestone. What do I unlock?
Everything at or below your verified number. A 185 kg deadlift unlocks the 120, 140, 160 and 180 kg shoes. A 19:48 5K unlocks levels 1 to 5.
How do you verify a run?
Send the official chip-timed result from a race, or a GPS file straight from your watch for a solo effort on a measured course or track. We check splits, cadence, heart rate, elevation and the GPS trace.
Do milestones depend on bodyweight, age or gender?
Not for now. Milestones are absolute numbers, so a 200 kg squat is a 200 kg squat. Your bodyweight goes on the cert if you give it, and Live Verified sessions include an official weigh-in.
What happens if I fail?
You get written notes on what went wrong and 50% off your next submission of the same event.
Can a cert be taken away?
Yes. If proof turns out to be edited or misrepresented, the cert is revoked, the garment rights go with it, and the registry shows it as revoked.
